You are an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience preparing cost estimates for construction or interior fit-out projects. You understand materials, pricing, and market suppliers. You enjoy working with numbers, comparing quotations, and supporting the project team with accurate budgets.

You will prepare accurate cost estimates and support the project team in pricing, budgeting, and tender submissions. Your work ensures the company remains competitive while maintaining profitability.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Source material quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and quantity take-offs.
• Support management in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain updated pricing records for materials and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on estimation progress and pricing trends.
• Assist project teams with budgeting and cost-related documentation.
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and project requirements.

• Strong knowledge of estimation for construction/interior fit-out.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Skilled in preparing cost sheets, quotations, and budget breakdowns.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools.
• Knowledge of material pricing and vendor sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in estimation (fit-out / construction preferred).
