Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Business Bay for a Construction Manager at Ancient Builders Constructions LLC. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Manage project timelines and supervise on‑site activities.
- Monitor budgets, enforce safety protocols, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and manage on‑site teams.
- Proficiency in budgeting and project control to manage financial and timeline constraints.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction and construction safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing large‑scale civil construction projects is preferred.
