We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Junior Site Engineer specializing in Steel Structures to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Jr. Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing steel structure construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on‑site.

• Assist in the supervision of steel structure construction activities on-site
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist in quality control processes and identify potential issues or improvements
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions
• Support the development and implementation of project schedules and timelines
• Participate in site meetings and communicate project status to senior management
• Ensure adherence to local construction regulations and environmental standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in steel structure construction or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong knowledge of steel structure design and construction principles
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in the UAE
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred
• Willingness to work on‑site in various weather conditions
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced construction environment
