Implement and monitor site safety plans and procedures
Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices
SkillsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently on site
