We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced On-site Supervisor to join our growing team.

As an On-site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of renovation sites. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers, you’ll ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This is a hands‑on role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules.
• Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep accurate site records and daily reports.
• Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.
• Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Dubai’s renovation/construction industry.
• Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (required) – DO NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
