We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with 3–5 years of total experience
, including recent hands‑on experience in building construction projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, supporting construction activities, and ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for building projects
• Set out and verify levels, alignments, and coordinates as per approved drawings
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and calculations
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure survey accuracy
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level
  , etc.
• Assist in resolving site‑related survey discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations

• 3–5 years of total experience as a Land Surveyor
• Recent experience in building construction projects is mandatory
• Proficiency in surveying instruments and relevant software
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site layouts
• Ability to work independently and under site conditions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• UAE experience is preferred

• Experience with AutoCAD and survey‑related software
• Knowledge of local - Dubai UAE, construction practices and standards
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
