Post-Contract Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and issue Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs)
- Measure and value variations, assess claims, and recommend entitlements
- Conduct joint measurements and certify subcontractor valuations
- Review and manage contractual correspondence, notices, bonds, and insurances
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts
- Attend and contribute to commercial meetings with clients and contractors
- Ensure cost control, compliance with contract conditions, and timely reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or civil engineering
- 7- 8 years of QS experience, including mid to high rise towers experience in the UAE and worked currently or previously for consultants
- Candidates with Saudi Arabia or Qatar experience are also welcome but need to have prior experience in UAE
- Strong consultancy background with mid – high rise building projects
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and post-contract quantity surveying
