CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – SENIOR:
Responsible for supporting project and operational needs, ensuring work is delivered according to company standards. Coordinates with relevant teams, maintains documentation, and supports execution activities. Assists in problem‑solving and ensures compliance with safety and quality requirements.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager specializing in interior fit‑out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and oversee all phases of interior fit‑out projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality to meet project objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out as per specifications and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
• Report project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management regularly.
• Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals to deliver exceptional results.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in interior fit‑out projects, with a minimum of 8 years.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are advantageous.

• Communication, teamwork, basic technical knowledge, documentation skills, problem‑solving, time management, safety awareness.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale interior fit‑out projects.
