We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fit-Out Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out works including gypsum, joinery, flooring, ceilings, finishes, and MEP coordination
• Review and implement shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and company safety policies
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Assist in project handover and snag-list closure

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Engineering
• 3-7 years experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential)
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience working with consultants and local authorities
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Knowledge of local authority approval processes
• Experience in fast-track projects
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
