Project Manager – Interior Fit

Interiofy Decoration Design & Fitout Co. LLC is hiring experienced Project Managers – Interior Fit-Out to manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The role involves complete responsibility from project planning to execution and final handover, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

• Manage interior fit‑out projects from initiation to final handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and material flow
• Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings

• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in interior fit‑out project management
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, gypsum, joinery, MEP, and finishing works
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Good English communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Fixed salary up to AED 7,000 per month
• No overtime payment

• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience is mandatory
• No leave allowed during the first 6 months after joining
• Performance appraisal only after completion of a 2-year employment visa
• Air ticket provided once every two years
