Key Responsibilities      Prepare detailed reinforcement shop drawings for high-rise structures including slabs, beams, columns, walls, cores, and foundations    Develop accurate Bar Bending Schedules in accordance with approved structural drawings and project specifications    Review IFC and structural drawings to identify discrepancies and raise RFIs where required    Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, and QA-QC teams to resolve design and constructability issues    Ensure reinforcement detailing complies with ACI, BS, ASTM, and UAE local authority standards    Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments while maintaining proper revision control    Provide technical support to site teams for clarification during construction activities    Optimize reinforcement quantities to reduce material wastage and improve cost efficiency    Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules    Maintain proper documentation and records of approved drawings and Bar Bending Schedules    Ideal Profile      Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field    Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a Rebar Detailer    Proven experience on high-rise building projects within the UAE or GCC    Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures    Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
