We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join a leading consultancy operating across the EMEA region.

• Develop and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for complex projects.
• Oversee cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimise budgets and deliver savings.
• Manage change control and assess financial impact of variations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align financial goals.
• Support tendering and bid evaluations

• Deliver final account settlements and close‑out reports.

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in cost management for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in consultancy services
