You will assist passengers throughout their travel journey, handling check-in, boarding, inquiries, and service support while ensuring a smooth, professional airport experience aligned with Kuwait Airways’ service standards.

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in procedures.
• Provide accurate flight, ticketing, and travel information.
• Manage passenger issues, special requests, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with ground staff, security, and flight operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures, safety rules, and documentation standards.
• Assist passengers requiring special support or mobility assistance.
• Manage boarding gates, announcements, and passenger flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Customer service experience, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

• Airline or airport operations experience.
• Knowledge of GDS or airline check-in systems.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in fast-paced service environments.
