Guest Service Agent
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, assisting with inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the system accordingly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Assist with reservations, billing, and payment processing.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service at all times.
