Account Manager – SaaS HR/PeopleTech Platform

This role manages and grows a portfolio of high-value SaaS clients across the HR and People Tech ecosystem. You’ll own retention, expansion and customer happiness for a fast-scaling product.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Lead onboarding, adoption planning and ongoing engagement.
- Growth & Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Partner with sales on renewals and commercial discussions.
- Customer Success Delivery
- Conduct QBRs, performance reviews and usage deep-dives.
- Help clients achieve meaningful outcomes with the platform.
- Product Partnership
- Provide structured product feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve user experience.
- 3–5 years in account management or customer success within SaaS.
- Strong client handling, communication and organisation skills.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts.
- Experience in HR tech, People Ops or workflow automation.
- Understanding of SaaS success metrics and adoption strategies.
