This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dubai for a Reservations Specialist. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing booking requests, handling customer inquiries, liaising with travel service providers, and ensuring seamless coordination of reservation processes. The role includes maintaining accurate records, resolving any booking‑related issues promptly, and offering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in reservation management systems and familiarity with travel booking platforms.
• Strong customer service skills, including effective communication, responsiveness, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately manage multiple bookings and client needs.
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UAE tourism landscape and local attractions is a plus.
• Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
