Receptionist – CEO Office – TECOM Group – Dubai Holding Asset Management
Provide the full range of information within the requested category, ensuring a quality customer service experience to all callers or visitors to the school.
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone calls and enquiries courteously and direct calls to appropriate personnel as part of customer service provision for the school.
- Relate courteously with visitors and provide an appropriate welcome to the school to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Ensure GEMS policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
