Operations Support Executive (Arabic Speaker)
Join as an Operations Support Executive. You'll handle customer queries, support, and documentation across all digital platforms, ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone, chat, email, and in‑app messaging to provide product and service information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Process contracts and legal documents, modify client packages/orders, and update our ticket‑system records.
- Record every customer interaction, transaction, comment and complaint in the CRM.
- Escalate complex issues via the appropriate internal channels and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of secondary education.
- Preferably an undergraduate degree in business or related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer support or operations role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and best customer‑support practices.
- Excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, multitasking, patience, flexibility, enthusiasm, and empathy.
