• Handle client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client requests.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
