Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Liaise between clients and internal teams (field, technical, support) to ensure timely resolution and workflow compliance.
* Maintain trackers, update internal systems, and ensure all documentation is accurate and centrally managed.
* Assist with ongoing quality control, service follow-ups, reporting, and administrative organization.## Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or admin planning roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to customers.

* Proficient in Excel, task tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and shared documentation systems.
