Build detailed itineraries, answer questions, guide guests, welcome customers upon entrance, confirm reservations, act as reference to guests, attend to wishes and requirements, suggest activities and facilities, acquire knowledge of premises and nearby venues, arrange events, excursions, transportation, answer phone, take messages, redirect calls, respond to complaints and find solutions.
