Account Manager/Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Manager helps clients get familiar with the application. They hold training sessions to educate users on how the product can benefit them, ensuring they are ready and live, and following up with existing clients.

Job Description

We are looking for a data‑driven and analytical person who will help our customers achieve the most value from Parent™. The role involves guiding customers to realize the initial value of the application and how it can make their daily operations more efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast‑paced customer success environment and will work closely with customers to conduct online training, webinars, and meet adoption goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage UAE client accounts and take timely action to move them through the platform implementation process.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers on the platform by providing them all the tools and information needed for them to launch Parent™.
  • Provide initial and follow‑up training to new customers to ensure they achieve the most value from Parent™.
  • Follow up on existing clients as an account manager to ensure their stickiness to the product.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to high‑value clients 2–3 days per week to strengthen relationships, ensure adoption, and support long‑term success.
  • Hold webinars to educate customers on new and existing features.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the process to increase team efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Act as the customer advocate by providing input to other Parent™ teams.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Arabic (required).
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Professional background in B2B enterprises.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced technology company (SaaS) preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service organization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Positive, self‑managed, and self‑motivated attitude.
  • Must be living in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and possess a valid UAE driving license.
