Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2 years of experience in fitout projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, development, and execution of interior fitout projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of high-quality and innovative designs. Experience in the UAE market is preferred. English, hindi and Arabic will be added Advantage.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and expectations.
• Develop detailed architectural designs and layouts for interior fitout projects, including commercial, residential, and retail spaces.
• Prepare and present design concepts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure that designs comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Review contractor submissions, manage design revisions, and provide technical support during construction.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, including specifications, cost estimates, and scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5-6 years of professional experience in interior fitout and architectural design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design and construction is a plus.
• UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience in both commercial and residential fitout projects.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D rendering software.
• Experience in managing project documentation and design approvals.
