Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed interior design BIM models using Autodesk Revit, following project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements to ensure model consistency and clash-free design.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation for interior design works finishes, joinery, furniture, lighting, and ceiling details.
• Support design teams in visualizing and refining interior concepts through 3D modeling and BIM coordination.
• Produce accurate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure models are in full compliance with project specifications, design intent, and client/consultant standards.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other BIM specialists to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Revise and update models/drawings based on design changes, markups, and client feedback.
• Participate in design coordination and review meetings as required.

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in a design consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in large-scale interior design projects (hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (advanced level required).
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing in line with project design intent.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, or similar) is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
