Senior Business Development Manager (Luxury Furniture)
The Snr. Business Development Manager will lead sales growth, market expansion, and strategic relationship building for our client in Dubai and the wider Middle East. The role is positioned at the intersection of high‑end residential interiors, collectable design, luxury objects, and ultimately the art and design community.

The ideal candidate must have a strong existing network within the interior design and architecture industry, specifically active in the art and design community, extensive experience engaging with UHNI clients, and a proven record of driving high‑value sales in the luxury domain.
The role will also support and collaborate closely with the Global Brand Director and Brand Director UAE on brand activation, events, client experiences, and marketing initiatives.
Job Skills- Strong and existing network and relationship with interior designers doing high‑end residential projects, and the wider art and design community.
- Extensive experience in engaging and working with the IDA community/interior designers doing high‑end residential projects.
- Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media and interior design‑based groups and organisations.
- Experience in acquiring UHNI clients and generating sales from the high‑end furniture, interiors, or art industry in Dubai.
- Ability to market and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
- Support in planning and executing high‑end events and private previews along with the Global Brand Director/Brand Director UAE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a polished personality, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Solution‑driven mindset with adaptability and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Genuine passion for the brand, craftsmanship, design heritage, and luxury culture.
- Drive Dubai sales through the existing network of interior designers and architects, supported by strong expertise in B2C.
- Plan, drive, and execute initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while upholding the house’s positioning.
- Identify and nurture high‑potential prospects, partnerships, and collector communities across Dubai and the wider GCC.
- Evaluate new market opportunities, micro‑locations, and potential areas for expansion.
- Build, strengthen, and expand long‑term relationships with interior designers, architects, luxury home specialists, art consultants, gallerists, and design‑focused studios.
- Conduct in‑person meetings, brand presentations, private previews, and virtual discussions with IDAs and UHNI clientele.
- Strategise and acquire UHNI clients across Dubai and the Middle East, through relevant activations.
- Deliver elevated, personalised service experiences, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the Global Brand Director and Brand Director UAE to execute targeted marketing, communication, and brand activation plans.
- Support the development of curated experiences, including private viewings, collector dinners, and art and design‑focused events/showcases.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the story, values, and ethos of our client.
- Identify and collaborate with interior designers, architects, galleries, artists, collectors, and develop peer relationships within like‑minded houses/brands.
- Support exclusive experiences such as design walk‑throughs, exhibition tie‑ups, previews, and art and design collaborations.
