Job Title: 3D Designer / Architect - Luxury Events

We are seeking a visionary 3D Designer / Architect to translate our creative concepts into breathtaking spatial designs that define the essence of luxury.

As a 3D Designer / Architect, you will conceptualize and develop immersive environments and event spaces that elevate the guest experience. Working closely with the creative director, art director, and production teams, you will bring ideas to life through detailed 3D visualizations, stage designs, and architectural layouts that reflect our brand’s signature aesthetic of elegance and excellence.

• Conceptualize and design 3D environments, stage sets, installations, and spatial layouts for high‑end luxury events.
• Develop realistic 3D renderings.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director, art director, and production team to align visual concepts with event themes and technical feasibility.
• Translate creative briefs into detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, and elevations for production and fabrication.
• Ensure all designs meet brand and aesthetic standards of sophistication, innovation, and precision.
• Work with lighting, material, and decor elements to create cohesive and atmospheric environments.
• Utilize AI‑assisted and generative design tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
• Stay current with trends in architecture, luxury interior design, and event space innovation.
• Manage design revisions and support production teams during fabrication and on‑site execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Event Architect, preferably in luxury events, hospitality, or experiential design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualizations, event scenography, or experiential environments.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Rhino, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design and visualization tools (e.g., Mid Journey, DALL
  · E, or similar).
• Strong sense of spatial design, materials, lighting, and proportion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in stage design, experiential marketing, or high‑end interior architecture.
• Knowledge of production materials, fabrication techniques, and on‑site installation processes.
• Experience in animation or walkthrough rendering.
