- Senior Creative Concept Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concept designs for interior spaces

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements

- Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in interior design preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Sketch Up and Revit

- Senior Technical Interior Architect - Site Background

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technical interior architecture solutions

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility

- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in interior architecture preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Revit and Sketch Up

- Senior Interior Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Develop and maintain CAD standards and protocols

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in interior drafting preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CAD software

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit

- Senior Interior Landscape Designer

- Develop creative landscape designs for interior spaces

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements

- Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

- 5 years of experience in landscape design preferably in the UAE or GCC
