Senior Design Manager

Our Client is a leading global real estate and consulting firm, providing end-to-end services across design management, project management, property, and investment advisory.

We are looking for a design-driven professional with experience in high-end real estate and branded residential projects, who can manage multiple schemes. The position requires strong architectural expertise combined with experience in a Project Management or Development Management company.

• Lead and manage design for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring design quality, innovation, and consistency across all stages.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Manage and coordinate with top architects and multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Provide guidance and oversight on pre-concept, conceptual, and detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate design vision with project delivery objectives.
• Oversee design reviews, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, brand requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support the development of design strategies, design briefs, and feasibility studies.
• Monitor design progress, manage deadlines, and anticipate potential design challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment.

• Extensive experience in high-end real estate developments and branded residences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience, with a strong design background.
• Experience working within a PMC or development management environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dynamic, open, and adaptable personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with pre-concept and design competition projects.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
