Lavita Landscape Business is a premier design firm specializing in creating bespoke, sustainable, and luxurious outdoor environments across the UAE. We are recognized for transforming challenging desert climates into stunning, livable, and water‑efficient landscapes for high‑end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are currently seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Landscape Architect to join our team in Dubai.

You will be a key driver in the design process, responsible for taking projects from initial concept through to successful completion on‑site. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Gulf‑region horticulture, excellent technical documentation skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful, beautiful, and sustainable outdoor spaces that comply with local standards.

• Design Development: Lead the development of landscape designs from concept stage through schematic design, design development, and detailed technical documentation.
• Documentation & Compliance: Produce high‑quality, fully coordinated construction drawings (plans, sections, details), specifications, and tender documents, ensuring strict adherence to Dubai Municipality and other relevant UAE authority regulations.
• Horticulture & Material Selection: Select appropriate, climate‑resilient softscape (plant) and hardscape (material) palettes suitable for the local environment and water conservation targets.
• Coordination: Work closely with in‑house design teams, external architects, engineers (Civil, MEP, Irrigation), and specialized contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned projects under the guidance of a senior director.
• Client Interface: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, effectively communicating design intent and technical solutions in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits for quality control, resolving design issues promptly during the construction and installation phases.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture. Demonstrable experience working on projects within the Dubai/GCC region is strongly preferred.
