Mott Mac Donald is currently looking for a Principal Landscape Architect in Dubai, to grow their Landscape Architecture Team for supporting the delivery of projects.

• Lead client communication/facing, project coordination, and timeline management, ensuring projects are delivered on time with given resources.
• Guide, mentor, and develop junior staff and team members.
• Oversee work quality and staff performance, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Work flexibly across different projects adjusting to project‑specific needs in a multi‑disciplinary team environment.
• Create strong and unique landscape concepts and leading design development throughout the full scope, ensuring creativity and functionality in project outcomes.
• Support developing plan layouts, grading plans, sections, and elevations graphically and technically in relevant softwares
• Prepare material specifications in locally and universally acceptable standards.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant local, national, and international planning regulations and standards.
• Liaise with authorities for permitting and approvals.

• A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience in delivering landscape architecture projects for all design stages.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• AutoCAD
• Sketch Up
• Revit
