• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and excellence.
• Develop mood boards, conceptual sketches, material palettes, and comprehensive design presentations.
• Oversee technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and detailed documentation packages.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide solutions aligned with their goals.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during site visits and execution phases.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and creativity within the team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial office interior design or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to build client relationships and gather market insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
