Interior Design Specialist Recruiter - London & Dubai

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established interior design firm based in Dubai, recognised for delivering refined, luxury hospitality projects across the region.

We’re seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative and technical capabilities, relevant regional experience, and a passion for high-end hospitality environments. You will contribute across all stages of the design process, working closely with senior team members to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

• Proven experience working on luxury hospitality or high‑end commercial interior projects within the region
• Strong design and technical skills, supported by a well‑presented portfolio
• A solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software such as Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
• The ability to produce and review detailed drawing packages and coordinate with consultants and site teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive approach
