Abu Al Naga Development is seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Architectural Rendering & Visualization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in producing high-end still renders, cinematic walkthrough videos, and architectural animations, with proven experience working on real estate development projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Produce photorealistic 3D still images for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Create high-quality architectural animation videos and cinematic walkthroughs.
- Develop interior and exterior renderings with accurate lighting, materials, and textures.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and the marketing team to translate concepts into visuals.
- Optimize models and scenes for high-quality rendering and video output.
- Ensure visual consistency with project branding and marketing direction.
- Prepare visuals for marketing campaigns, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, tools, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization in the UAE.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renders, animation videos, and walkthroughs.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, Lumion / Twinmotion, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience in architectural animation, cinematic camera movements, and video rendering.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and realism.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Experience in real estate development projects in Dubai is a strong advantage.
- Work on high-profile real estate developments in Dubai.
