As a Senior Interior Designer-Hospitality reporting into the Interior Design Manager‑Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.
Responsibilities- As a representative of Studio 360, maintain the integrity and spirit of the organization.
- Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to organizational needs. If leading a meeting, minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.
- Adhere to all studio manuals, procedures and protocols. Always deliver high‑quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.
- Assist LDP (Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studio’s Vision as set by Board/Investors.
- Be highly organized, self‑motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Devote oneself exclusively to performance of duties during working hours and beyond if required for efficient discharge of duties. Remain in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables and status.
- Flag risks of delays, cost overruns, quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment it is known.
- While on vacation or weekends, be available on standby by mode when critical deliverables affect client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed, and RA’s have constant updates for effective tracking.
- Be accountable for own work and subordinates’ work.
- Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Perform under pressure and tight targets. Follow all QA/QC checks for all work procedures under the scope. Dress in smart business attire.
- Prepare design presentations including sketches and material boards, work with drawings including GA’s, RCP’s, sections and elevations, construction details, millwork details and specifications under the supervision of Head of Interior Design/Managers.
- Manage the project during all phases of work. Focus on 4
* and 5
* Hospitality and F&B projects;
Residential and Retail experience is a bonus. - Create concepts, develop design ideas, design to budgets.
- Work on design rollouts and develop new hotel design guidelines. Develop projects through all phases with minimal supervision of Senior/Lead Designer and/or .
- Demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications & design, documentation, product & supplier resources, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.
- Assist in preparation and reviewing of DD and IFC packages to the highest standard. Local experience is a necessity.
- Show strong technical knowledge and ability to brief and work alongside technicians overseeing packages to protect design intent.
- Possess great organizational skills, grasp of detail, ability to think ahead, programme workflow and manage a team while helping them grow.
- Advanced skills in REVIT/CAD/Sketch Up/InDesign/Photoshop required.

BS in Design, Interior Design or Architecture - Computer and software proficiency: Microsoft Office Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit
- Industries acceptable: Interior Design for Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed use and commercial
