An internationally recognised, award‑winning architecture and interior design studio in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team. The practice is known for delivering iconic, design‑led projects across luxury hospitality, high‑end F&B, and branded residential developments, both locally and internationally.
This is a hands‑on, design‑focused role suited to an experienced interior designer with a strong hospitality background and excellent technical capability in Revit
.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading the design and delivery of high‑profile hospitality projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating innovative, timeless interiors while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design development of luxury hospitality and high‑end F&B projects
- Deliver projects from concept design through to construction documentation
- Produce detailed interior design packages using Revit (essential for this role)
- Develop concepts, mood boards, storyboards, material palettes, and FF&E selections
- Prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance across all stages
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced design environment
- Approximately 8+ years of interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong background in luxury hospitality and high‑end F&B projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Excellent Revit skills – 100% essential
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills
