Position Overview

AHS, a premier leader in the luxury real estate market, is seeking an Interior Design Execution Assistant Vice President to join our esteemed design team. This role is vital for overseeing the execution phase of our interior design projects, ensuring that our vision for exceptional spaces is realized with precision and creativity. You will work closely with senior management, lead the execution team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring our high‑end designs to life.

• 1. Interior Design Execution Leadership
  • Oversee the full execution phase of interior design projects, ensuring concepts are translated into premium‑quality finished spaces.
  • Lead teams of interior designers and site‑execution specialists, providing direction and mentoring.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, materials, craftsmanship, and compliance with design intent.
• 2. Vendor, Contractor, Consultant and Supplier Coordination
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and specialist vendors to ensure exceptional workmanship and timely deliveries.
  • Review and approve materials, finishes, FF&E, mock‑ups, and samples to maintain AHS's ultra‑luxury standards.
• 3. Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and multi‑disciplinary teams to resolve execution challenges.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including specifications, schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
  • Facilitate client and senior leadership meetings to align expectations and review milestones.
• 4. Quality Control & Compliance
  • Enforce strict quality‑control measures across all design and construction stages.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• 5. Innovation & Design Excellence
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies, and luxury interior solutions to maintain AHS's market leadership.
  • Support the company's mission to redefine ultra‑luxury living across all developments.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on luxury project execution.
• Proven success delivering high‑end residential or hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies used in premium interiors.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with an ability to interface at executive level between all involved parties.
• Ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of FF&E, vendor management, and international procurement workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred.
