As a Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality reporting into the Interior Design Manager – Hospitality, you will work from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

• Represent Studio 360 and maintain the integrity and spirit of the organization.
• Attend meetings and workshops as needed, contribute intellectually to organizational needs and, if leading a meeting, minute and share the notes per set procedures immediately and follow up until task completion.
• Adhere to all studio manuals, procedures and protocols and always deliver high‑quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.
• Assist the LDP (Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studio’s vision as set by the Board/Investors.
• Be highly organized, self‑motivated, a good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Devote yourself exclusively to the performance of your duties during working hours and, if required, beyond for efficient discharge of duties.
• Communicate constantly with LDP and immediate reporting authorities regarding deliverables and status.
• Flag risks of delays, cost overruns and quality issues—or any other—to LDP and immediate reporting authorities the moment they are known.
• During vacations and weekends remain available on standby by mode when critical deliverables affect client or business needs.
• Set up a proxy system when unable to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RA’s have constant updates for effective tracking.
• Be accountable for own work and subordinates’ work.
• Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Perform under pressure and tight targets; follow all QA/QC checks for all work procedures under the scope.
• Appear in smart business attire at all times.

• Prepare design presentations including sketches and material boards.
• Work with drawings including GAs, RCPs, sections and elevations, construction details, millwork details and specifications under supervision of Senior/Lead .
• Manage projects through all phases of work with minimal supervision of Senior/Lead Designer and/or .
• Focus on 4
  * and 5
  * Hospitality and F&B projects;
  Residential and Retail experience is a bonus.
• Create concepts, develop design ideas, design to budgets.
• Work on design rollouts and develop new hotel design guidelines.
• Assist in preparation and review of DD and IFC packages to the highest standard.
• Demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications, design documentation, product & supplier resources, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.
• Brief and work alongside technicians overseeing packages to protect the design intent.
• Use advanced skills in REVIT, CAD, Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop.

• BS in Design, Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience.
• Local UAE experience is a necessity.
• Computer and software proficiency:
  Microsoft Office Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Experience in Interior Design for Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed use and commercial.
