• Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through construction.
• Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during design development and construction phases.
• Oversee design quality, materials, and construction detailing to meet project requirements.
• Assist in value engineering and feasibility studies when required.

• Minimum 7-10 years of architectural experience
  , specifically in the UAE.
• Strong exposure to residential and high-rise building projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
