Junior Interior Designer

We are hiring a highly talented Junior Interior Designer
with strong experience in the UAE luxury market. You will support the design
team in delivering exceptional, sophisticated interiors for exclusive villas,
boutique hotels, yacht refurbishments and premium hospitality projects.

• Assist in the development of concept designs for luxury
  villas and high‑end interior spaces
• Produce high‑quality 3D visualizations and renderings
  (Lumion / 3D Studio Max / V‑Ray / Corona)
• Support production of detailed architectural drawings and
  BOQs using Revit / AutoCAD
• Participate in material selection, FF&E specifications,
  vendor coordination
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
  for client approvals
• Perform site visits and ensure design implementation aligns
  with L’ESTRO quality standards
• Work closely with Project Directors, Senior
  Designers and Technical Teams

• 3 years of experience
  in UAE interior design industry (luxury villas required)
• Exceptional creativity, design style, and attention to
  detail
• Strong proficiency in: 3D Studio Max, Lumion (realistic rendering a must), Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design
• Familiar with luxury materials, Italian finishing, lighting
  design, and bespoke furniture
• Ability to deliver under fast‑paced deadlines with excellent
  communication skills
• Fluent in English
