We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in creating detailed and precise technical drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and design specifications. As a key member of our team, the AutoCAD Draftsman will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life through detailed CAD drawings.

- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings from rough sketches, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to incorporate design requirements into drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are completed on time and comply with industry standards.
- Revise and update existing drawings to meet the latest specifications and designs.
- Maintain organized and updated records of all drawings and related documents.
- Engage in meetings to discuss ongoing projects and design changes with the team.
- Perform quality checks on all completed drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of 3D models as required by project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project goals efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and CAD operators.
- Stay updated on the latest CAD software developments and industry best practices.
- Implement feedback from the design team to improve the quality of drawings produced.
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, with portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and engineering drawing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create precise technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
- Relevant degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field preferred.
