We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative architect to join our dynamic team. The architect will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to the highest standards.

Our projects range from residential buildings to large commercial complexes, offering a diverse and engaging workload. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem‑solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and with stakeholders, ensuring project success from inception to completion.

• Develop and present design concepts for various architectural projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design specifications.
• Create detailed blueprints and architectural drawings using industry‑standard software.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies regarding project construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Oversee the construction phase to ensure the project adheres to design standards.
• Utilize 3D modeling and visualization techniques for clients’ presentations.
• Stay current with architectural trends and advancements in construction technologies.
• Manage project timelines and adjust plans according to project status and requirements.
• Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met.
• Review and approve architectural designs and documents created by junior architects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and project documentation for all relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional architect license or certification, actively maintained and in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of experience in an architectural design role is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D visualization tools such as AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines.
