As a Consultant / Senior Consultant
-AV Experiences– Creative Design
, you will play a key role in leading the design and realization of immersive, technology-driven experiences across some of the most iconic and forward-thinking projects in the region. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, storytelling, and advanced visualization technologies—bringing conceptual visions to life through strategic design, simulation, and experiential innovation.

You will work closely with architects, designers, and technologists in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment to shape the future of spatial experiences. A key focus of this role is the development of multi-sensory experience spaces—environments that integrate sound, light, visuals, and interactivity to create emotionally resonant and memorable user journeys. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in architecture, interior design, or engineering, and a passion for creative technology and immersive storytelling.

• Lead the architecture vision realization process, translating conceptual ideas into immersive AV strategies and experiences.
• Unpack architectural concepts and contribute to design strategy and technology optioneering.
• Develop visual simulations, technology visualizations, and VR experiences to support design narratives.
• Guide the creation of mockups, content ideation, and pre-concept experience design.
• Conduct research and discovery to inform early-stage concept development and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of AV and experiential elements into architectural and interior design.
• Support the development of technical documentation, including visual storyboards, experience maps, and presentation materials.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, visualization tools, and creative methodologies to drive innovation across projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, Creative design or a related field.
• 03+ years of experience in creative Architecture, experiential design, or immersive technology.
• Familirarity in Revit and knowledge in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, etc.
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling experiences.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• highly skilled in technical report and creative concepts creation.
