, you will represent ELE Interiors in client meetings and industry events, engaging stakeholders and ensuring the company’s design philosophy is reflected in every project. Your role will involve balancing creativity and technical expertise to deliver exceptional, high‑end projects while maintaining client satisfaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Lead Projects:
  Oversee all architectural and interior design aspects from concept to implementation, ensuring design coherence across spaces.
• Client Interaction:
  Serve as the main point of contact, manage client meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet client needs.
• Design Strategy:
  Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E, ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
  Work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Oversight:
  Manage architectural drawings, visualizations, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Project Management:
  Develop project timelines, provide regular updates, and supervise on‑site progress to ensure design integrity.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design efforts.
• Professional Development:
  Stay up to date with industry trends and represent the company at key events.

• Proficiency in Design Software:
  Advanced skills in 2D drafting (AutoCAD) and 3D modelling (Archi
  
  CAD, Sketch Up, or 3ds Max), with the ability to produce detailed architectural and interior design drawings.
• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a strong passion for and expertise in interior design.
• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in designing luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, demonstrating a keen understanding of high‑end design standards.
• Technical Knowledge:
  In‑depth knowledge of architectural and interior design principles, with the ability to integrate both disciplines seamlessly across diverse projects.
