- Bachelor's degree in Medicine or higher from an accredited institution
- Professional license to practice medicine in the UAE or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
- Excellent English communication skills;
Arabic is a plus - Strong understanding of medical regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
