Arabic-speaking Physician Practitioner 阿拉伯语内科医生

• Graduated with a major in Medicine, holding a full-time bachelor's degree or above, and having received systematic general practice training. The professional scope is limited to Internal Medicine ; candidates with a background in Surgery will not be considered. 医学专业毕业，具有全日制本科及以上学历，接受过系统的全科培训。专业范围为内科，不考虑外科。
• Proficiency in Arabic (both spoken and written) and fluent Chinese communication skills. Ability to conduct consultations, explain medical conditions, and write medical records without communication barriers. Arabic candidates are preferred. 流利的阿拉伯语（口语+书面语）和流利的中文沟通能力，能无障碍沟通问诊、解释病情、撰写病历，阿拉伯人优先。
• Must hold a valid Physician Qualification Certificate and Practicing Physician Certificate. At least 5 years of clinical medical treatment work experience. 必须持有有效的医师资格证书和执业医师证。需要5年及以上医疗临床治疗工作经验。
• Possess the ability to diagnose, treat and manage common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases (such as respiratory infections, diabetes, hypertension, etc.), basic first-aid skills, and the ability to independently complete common outpatient procedures (such as wound suturing, report interpretation, etc.). 具备常见病、多发病的诊疗及管理能力（如呼吸道感染、糖尿病、高血压等），基础急救技能，能独立完成门诊常见操作（如伤口缝合、报告解读等）。
• Familiar with the cultural customs of Arab patients (such as gender sensitivity, religious taboos) to avoid misunderstandings caused by cultural differences. 熟悉阿拉伯患者的文化习俗（如性别敏感度、宗教禁忌），避免因文化差异导致误解。

II. Job Responsibilities 工作职责

• Roperly handle emergency, critical and severe cases on-site, safely transfer patients to designated supporting medical institutions, and report to the on-site supervisor. 急、危、重患者现场妥善处理和安全转运到依托医疗机构；并向现场上级汇报。
• Possess good communication skills and strong service awareness. Need to communicate effectively with patients and their family members, listen patiently to their demands, explain medical conditions and treatment plans, and improve patients' treatment compliance. 具备良好的沟通能力和较强的服务意识。需要与患者及其家属进行有效的沟通，耐心倾听他们的诉求，解释病情和治疗方案，提高患者的治疗依从性。
• Cooperate with nurses, assistants and other staff to optimize the diagnosis and treatment process. 能与护士、助理等配合，优化诊疗流程。
• Complete other work assigned by the leadership. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
