Consultant ENT; Otolaryngology

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, board‑certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non‑surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient‑centered outcomes.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.
• Perform advanced ENT procedures such as:
  • Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty
  • Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)
  • Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopy
  • Head & neck reconstructive surgery
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence‑based practice.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.

• Board‑certified in Otolaryngology (American Board, Royal College, or equivalent).
• DHA license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 5 years post‑specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.
• Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety.
