Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the Goya Health Network as a partner. As a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon Partner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgery services to patients referred by Goya Health Network. You will also work closely with the partnership team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase the number of patients referred to you.

• Provide cardiothoracic surgery services to patients referred by Goya Health Network, ensuring that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Work closely with the partnership team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase the number of patients referred to you.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and outcomes, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care throughout their treatment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in plastic surgery techniques and technologies, and share this knowledge with the partnership team.

• Medical degree and qualifications in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cardiothorcic Surgeon, with a proven track record of providing high-quality services.
• Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and on the Specialist Register | Board Certified USA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
