Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent service.
* Develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges.
* Support Project Managers with all project planning activities.
* Communicate with clients and third parties to keep them informed.
* Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation and cost tracking.
* Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and contracts.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally with large-scale projects.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
