Estimation Engineer – Civil

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer – Civil to join one of our esteemed clients in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in the pre-construction phase, providing detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.
The successful candidate will analyze project specifications, assess labor and material costs, and prepare tender submissions that are both competitive and compliant with client expectations. Analyze civil engineering project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
Review BOQs and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Support tendering processes by compiling and submitting technical and commercial bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers during pre-bid meetings.
Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
Ensure that all estimates comply with client requirements and relevant regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project estimation in the UAE or GCC.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, market pricing, and project cost structures.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project estimations under tight deadlines.
