Mid Career Level, 3-7 Years of Experience

• Lead and manage large-scale and complex Fire & Life Safety projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Strategies in accordance with prescriptive code requirements and performance-based design approaches, aligned with international and regional codes and standards.
• Work on a diverse portfolio of landmark projects across the Middle East and globally, covering various sectors including hospitality, commercial, industrial, educational, and high‑rise developments.
• Engage with the Performance-Based Design team to develop performance-based fire engineering solutions using CFD modelling and analysis for smoke movement, evacuation, and fire scenarios — especially in cases where prescriptive code compliance is not achievable or the project’s design innovation necessitates a performance-based approach.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, BIM Modellers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• This will be a client-facing role, managing project meetings, site inspections, and addressing design and construction‑related fire safety queries, with extensive involvement in client coordination and technical discussions.
• Stay at the forefront of innovation by exploring new technologies, materials, and design trends, assessing their fire safety impact, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, presenting findings that guide strategic decisions and enhance overall fire safety outcomes.
• Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, preparing technical proposals, and strengthening client relationships to help grow Xeluxe’s regional presence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Safety engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code, Saudi Fire Code, IBC Codes, NFPA Codes & Standards and local UAE fire and Safety codes.
• Working knowledge in the use of Auto‑CAD and BIM Modeling tools.
• Experienced in fire engineering consultancy, delivering comprehensive fire strategy and life safety services, including fire risk assessments, fire management plans, fire protection system design and analysis, and commissioning of fire and life safety systems.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
